At Isla & Marigold, we lovingly pack and ship your orders from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

📦 Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy times or collection launches, please allow a little extra time while we prepare your parcel with care.

We currently offer shipping within Australia and selected international locations.

Please note:
We do not ship to the United States or Canada at this time, due to insurance restrictions. We hope to expand in the future, but for now, orders from these countries will not be accepted.

Australia: Approx. 5–11 business days (depending on location)
International: Varies by country

You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order is on the way. If you haven’t received your dispatch notification within 5 business days, feel free to contact us.

🔁 Returns & Replacements

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Isla & Marigold, so we accept returns on eligible items such as pendants and non-personalised pieces, provided they are returned in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging.

If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on full-priced eligible items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel to arrange a return.

To begin a return, email hello@islaandmarigold.com.au with your order number and a brief explanation. If your item is eligible, we’ll send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns.

We do not accept returns for:

Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
Custom-made or personalised items
Items purchased on sale

If anything arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel with a short explanation and a clear photo of the item.

If a return is needed for a faulty item, we’ll provide instructions. Customers may initially pay return postage, which will be reimbursed if the item is confirmed as faulty.

Hello, I'm Alicia

Welcome to Isla & Marigold — I'm so happy you're here.

After many years immersed in the world of fashion and design, I ended up in India — a place that awakened something deep within me. Here, I spent over a decade (on and off) immersing myself in the vibrant colour, texture, and craftsmanship. It left a lasting imprint on my heart.
India continues to inspire many of my pieces, and I hope that energy shines through in the treasures you find here.

A few years ago I went through one of the hardest seasons of my life. During that time I found myself turning to creativity as a way back to myself, and here is where I found jewellery design. Designing pieces engraved with affirmations, symbols, and reminders of who I was underneath all the noise.

Wearing something that said "I have the power to create the life of my dreams" or "I will rise, I will shine, I will flourish" on the days I needed it most wasn't just jewellery. It was armour. It was a whisper back to myself.

That's where Isla & Marigold began.

I wanted to create a brand that celebrates individuality, inspires joy, and honours creativity. Each piece at Isla & Marigold is lovingly handcrafted — thoughtfully designed to uplift, inspire, and make you smile. Whether you're choosing a special gift or treating yourself, I hope it becomes something treasured.
