Stage 1 — Design & Preparation

Every piece begins as an idea and a feeling. Here's how it becomes something you can wear.

Inspiration & Concept

Each collection grows from symbols, words, and meaningful moments. Ideas are captured through sketches — feeling out shape, energy, and intention before anything else.

Sketch Refinement

Hand sketches are refined with proportion and wearability in mind. Each design is considered carefully so it sits beautifully once made.

Digital Design

Refined sketches move into Adobe Illustrator, where every shape is drawn with precision and converted into files ready for laser cutting.

Engineering the Design

Each piece is engineered to work as a finished object — layers align, components fit, and every detail is checked before production begins.

Stage 2 — Colourways & Production Planning

Colour is never an afterthought. Every combination is chosen with intention.

Colour Palette & Material Selection

Colour combinations are explored, acrylic types selected, and multiple colourways planned with intention — each one chosen to complement a range of styles and wearers.

Tessellation & File Layout

Designs are tessellated across sheets to maximise every piece of material. Quantities are calculated carefully for each shape, layer, and colour.

Laser Cutting

Files are reviewed, proofed, and checked — scale, spacing, alignment, and colourways all confirmed before components are precision cut and engraved.

Final File Review & Cut Readiness

Final files are sent to our laser cutter for review and cutting. Individual components are then cut and dispatched back to the studio.

Stage 3 — Hand Finishing & Assembly

This is where the real magic happens — entirely by hand, in our Sunshine Coast studio.

Sorting & Preparation

Cut components are sorted by shape, style, and colourway — everything organised before assembly begins.

Hand Painting & Detail

Engraved details are carefully hand-painted using paint pens. Colour is applied slowly, allowing each piece to develop its own subtle character.

Hand Assembly & Finishing

Pieces are layered and assembled by hand. Protective paper is removed at just the right moment to reveal a clean, flawless finish.

Hardware Assembly

Earring posts, hooks, beads, and findings are attached using gold or silver-plated stainless steel components.

Stage 4 — Ready for You

The final touches, then it finds its way to you.

Carding & Packaging

Each piece is individually carded by hand and prepared with care — ready for retail display or to be shipped safely to its new home.

Final Quality Check

Every finished piece is inspected before release. Finish, colour, engraving, and construction are all checked to ensure consistency across the collection.

Photography & Visual Assets

Completed designs are photographed to accurately capture every colour, finish, and detail — so what you see online is exactly what you receive.
