Thank you so much for your interest in stocking Isla & Marigold. We’re so grateful for every opportunity to share our jewellery with soul-aligned spaces, and we want to make the wholesale experience as smooth, clear, and supportive as possible.

By placing a wholesale order or applying for an account, you agree to the terms outlined below.

💫 Ordering

• Opening order minimum: $100 AUD

• Reorder minimum: $100 AUD

• GST: Wholesale prices listed on this website are inclusive of GST. Prices quoted via Faire, email, or other wholesale platforms are exclusive of GST and GST will be added to the subtotal unless otherwise stated.
  
  

• Product quantities: Some items may have minimum unit quantities (e.g. 5 or 10 per style or colour) depending on the product, if applicable, this will be clearly shown on the product page.

💳 Payment

• Full payment is required before your order is processed or shipped

• Wholesale orders placed through this website (including via the Quick Order Form or wholesale account login) are exclusive of shipping. Shipping will be calculated and added to the final invoice prior to payment.

• We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. If you wish to pay via bank transfer, please let us know. Afterpay is not available for wholesale orders. Any Afterpay references on this website applies to retail customers only.

• Custom payment terms may be available by arrangement

📦 Fulfilment & Shipping

• Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Custom or large orders may take longer

• Wholesale orders do not include shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to the final invoice prior to payment.
  "Free shipping" promotions displayed on this website apply to retail customers only, unless otherwise stated.

• You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way

• We ship from Caloundra, QLD

🌿 Returns & Exchanges

• All wholesale orders are final sale

• Returns are only accepted for items that are faulty or damaged

• Faults must be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos

• Exchanges, credits, or replacements will be arranged where appropriate

🎁 Selling & Representation

• Our products may be sold online or in physical retail spaces, but resale on third-party marketplaces (e.g. Etsy, eBay, Amazon) is not permitted unless written permission is given

• You’re welcome to use Isla & Marigold’s product imagery to support the promotion of your stock. We simply ask for brand credit where appropriate, such as in tags, descriptions, or social posts.

• Descriptions and pricing should not be altered in a way that misrepresents the brand

🤍 Exclusivity

We do not currently offer geographic exclusivity but are open to discussing it for aligned stockists in certain locations.
